Our standard hours are 3 PM to 3 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. These hours naturally overlap with US evenings, UK mornings, and UAE evenings. For clients outside those windows, we schedule calls based on your working day and communicate async-first the rest of the time.
You'll get the most useful reply if you include: what you're trying to build or improve, who it's for, your rough budget range, and your ideal timeline. If you don't have all of that yet, that's fine — a short paragraph describing the problem is enough to start the conversation.
Yes. The first conversation is a free discovery call — usually 20 to 30 minutes — where we understand your situation and outline how we'd approach it. There's no obligation to proceed afterward, and no sales pressure.
Yes, if you're in Karachi. Our studio is in District Central and we welcome in-person meetings during business hours. Please message ahead to book a slot so the right people are available.
Yes. If your project involves confidential information, we sign an NDA before the first detailed discussion. Just mention it in your enquiry and we'll send a mutual NDA for review.
For Pakistani clients, we accept bank transfers and local wallets. For international clients, we accept wire transfers, Wise, and Payoneer. For larger engagements, we work in milestones with partial payments at each stage.
No strict minimum. We work with focused MVPs starting around $500 as well as larger builds above $10,000. Every project is scoped individually, and we'll tell you honestly if something is out of reach at your current stage rather than overpromising.
